I’ve lost over 60 pounds in a year, and really focused on furthering my BODY + LIFE TRANSFORMATION and knowledge over the past year. Now I’m ready to share what I’ve learned and what I’m continuing to learn within this supportive TEAM AMP UP community to hopefully help and inspire people are starting exactly where I was feeling lost.

Beyond the weight loss, most importantly, I feel the strongest and most confident I ever have.

I had abandoned my body and had no idea how to heal it. Due to bad habits, inconsistency, an unhealthy relationship with food, surgeries, medications, and a lack of knowledge, I couldn’t recognize myself in the mirror anymore and didn’t like the person looking back at me. It’s not just about weight loss. I earned my self back. I gained my own self respect. I love the woman I am becoming each and every day. 

REMEMBER – You are strong. You are beautiful. You are worth it.
