AN ONLINE SPORTS COMPETITION COACHING PROGRAM – for 1st time competitors only. 

Ever thought about doing a figure show, triathlon, marathon or obstacle course race? Our Athlete In Training Team has a rich 20 year history of excelling in preparing and training first time competitors to successfully compete in and look and perform great.

As part of the UP Sports Nutrition Everyday Athlete div., no athlete – whether 6 months in or brand new – will need to compete in any sports competition unless it is open to novices. Your first competition is about doing your best and being proud of yourself more than setting records or winning on your first time competing. Everyone can train…just how dedicated? Everyone can diet…just how consistent? Everyone can set personal achievement goals…just pursue them by doing your best.

We are looking for 100 NEW “Everyday Athletes” to join our AIT™ Athletes in Training Team for our 2019 athlete roster that will compete worldwide in figure shows, triathlons, obstacle course races and endurance running events throughout several sports seasons in 2019. Each athlete’s training will also help raise awareness for various causes to help the less fortunate.

3. INITIAL EVALUATION VIA VIDEO, PHOTOS, FORMS SENT TO US

4. YOUR PERSONAL TRAINING, DIET AND MENTAL PREP PROGRAM DESIGNED INCLUDING GYM ASSIGNMENTS IN YOUR AREA WITH OUR PARTNERS. ALL ARE LOADED ONTO YOUR UP SPORTS NUTRITION ATHLETES IN TRAINING APP

5. RECEIVE YOUR OFFICIAL TEAM ATHLETES IN TRAINING T-SHIRT AND WATER BOTTLE AND AIT TEAM DISCOUNT ASSIGNED FOR 20% OFF ALL UP SPORTS NUTRITION PRODUCTS AND DEEP DISCOUNT ON ANY TRAINING ACCESSORIES NEEDED THROUGH OUR PARTNERS

While advanced level athletes become good at expecting the unexpected and have experience to fill in the blanks on training and diet, as a new Athlete, you may be nervous about what will be expected. By communicating in very simple and bottom line detail and addressing all your worries and fears long prior to any competition, you will feel confident that you can do it. We’ve seen it all and have done it ourselves, the AIT Team coaches have sports, military and sports psychology backgrounds [heck our founder and top coach is an athlete, ex-military and graduated Harvard] so we make sure you’ll have a great first time competition. Keeping you ahead of the game and no surprises is our focus for your training and diet plan.
