I’m now in week 3 of the TBT, and I’ve found that it is really simple to stick to the meal plan. Using the general guidelines in the book, I can modify my meals to be as simple or fancy as I’d like. I love having that flexibility. Also, having the shakes twice a day makes it simple to stick to with a busy schedule.
I’m down about 8 lbs in 2 weeks. The meal plan and eating plan is relatively easy, even with my lifestyle which is on-the-go because I’m supplementing with shakes.
The shakes SAVE ME! They are the perfect thing to satisfy my sweet tooth and make me feel like I have a little treat everyday!
I lost 40 lbs in 90 days on the TBT and it was surprisingly easy to follow even with my busy work schedule and eating out. I could even grab fast food in a pinch and still stay on track.
I wasn’t sure I would be “ready” to start program this week. But I found myself beginning and it has been so smooth. Highlights today involved sweating buckets at hot yoga and sharing a perfectly ripe avocado with my four year old. Traveling while eating…trying to do this thing while a traveling salesman ain’t easy. Especially since what do I sell…food !! But doing the best I can and I’m losing weight on it!
