It Renews Monthly
Your FORMULA 15 Protein Powder autoship bills and ships each month, around the same date, until you cancel.
Mixed Fresh Each Cycle
Every order goes on the production schedule after payment and ships approximately 7–14 days after payment confirmation. If fresh-ingredient sourcing ever delays your order, we'll email you.
Change Anything, Anytime
Flavors, bag counts, bases — use the flavor change form or email us and we'll adjust your account.
Cancel Or Suspend
Email us a 30-day notice request to cancel — there are no instant cancellations, and one more cycle may bill before it takes effect. Want a break instead? You can suspend until a later date.
No Returns On Food
Everything is custom made to order, so food items can't be returned. Damaged in transit? We replace it — just send us photos.
A Human Handles It
Every request goes to a real person on our team — no portals, no phone trees, no runaround.
Fresh has a timeline. Your order is made because you placed it — that's the whole reason it tastes the way it does.
Autoship terms + conditions
As a participant in the AMP UP Sports Nutrition autoship program, you authorize AMP UP Sports Nutrition, LLC to ship your order to you monthly after processing the payment method you have indicated. AMP UP Sports Nutrition is under no obligation to ship any products until full payment has been received. Shipment will take place approximately 7–14 days from payment confirmation. Because we source fresh ingredients — and local whenever possible — occasional raw-ingredient delays can happen; if your order is affected, we will notify you by email.
Autoship Orders
All new autoship agreements received will generate an order to be shipped within 7–14 days of receipt, and each month thereafter. Your autoship order will be sent on or about the same time each month.
Shipping
Autoship orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx — nationally and internationally.
Revisions
You may revise your autoship agreement at any time — flavors, bag counts, or base formulas. Submit your change through the Change Your Autoship Flavor page or by email to melinda@ampupsportsnutrition.com, and we will adjust your account.
Cancellation + Suspension
To cancel your autoship, email a 30-day notice request to cancel to melinda@ampupsportsnutrition.com. Cancellation requests must be sent by email.
Not sure it's goodbye? You can suspend your autoship until a later date instead of cancelling permanently — just tell us by email and we'll pause your account until you're ready to restart.
Auto-Renewal + 30-Day Notice
Your account will auto-renew each month until you cancel your autoship. Any cancellation you submit is a 30-day notice to cancel — there are no instant cancellations.
Returns
Due to the nature of food products — and because our items are custom made to order — we cannot accept returns on any food items.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, we will replace it and ship it to you. Please email photos of the damage to melinda@ampupsportsnutrition.com so we can submit them to the carrier's damage claims department.
