WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We ship packages from USPS and UPS nationally and internationally.

Some steps to know your package is still en route to you:

  1. You received an email order has been processed = we just finished up your order and the shipper has picked it up.
  2. Typically it takes 24 hrs for all delivery updates to show up online connected to your tracking number so please allow that time period + check back.
  3. If an order still shows it is processing on the shippers site always give it 2-3 days to sort out before you reach out to us – that way they have time to re-route a package for any mis-loads they have on their part.
  4. During holidays and very busy times like Black Friday – all hell breaks loose in logistics so have more patience + we will watch out for any hiccups too.
  5. Please do not message us all crazy + shit – you will get what you paid for.  Our company works hard to make custom products for 100% of every customer – nothing we sell is on shelves pre-made its made just for you by our Amish partners around the nation.  So we can offer you farm to table fresh ingredients….. made with love & amazing baking skills.
  6. If after you waited the added 2-3 days past when your package should have arrived please email us to expedite a tracking search + we will take care of any issues you have – again no need to panic we will make it right.  Also don’t feel obliged to tell us how to run our company better or we are ripping you off somehow – this is not appreciated to say the least at best the retort will be salty.  Thanks Hon!
