Every athlete in the Amp Up Sports endorsement system begins the same way: genuine product user, believer in the brand, and someone who uses the product to stay competitive, healthy, and resilient. The program exists to build long-term athlete partnerships — not short-term promotion.
Tier 3 — Endorsed Athlete
AMP UP Endorsed Athletes actively use AMP UP Sports products and influence their training circles, gyms, and communities. The focus is authentic brand representation — not aggressive selling.
Compensation
Simple, transparent, and tracked through your own unique promo code or affiliate link.
Start with a $100 Product Credit Allowance for personal use, product sampling, and promotional demos. Use what you share.
Your first $100 in verified promotional sales offsets the initial product credit. During this phase, promo share payouts are paused.
Once the credit is satisfied, you earn an ongoing 20% promotional share on qualifying sales generated through your unique promo tracking link. Athletes are responsible for any applicable taxes on earnings.
Promo share is calculated on gross qualifying revenue. Qualifying sales exclude taxes, shipping, refunds, and chargebacks. Payouts may be issued monthly or quarterly.

Advancement Opportunities
Every ambassador begins at Tier 3. Advancement is offered based on consistency, brand alignment, community impact, and promotional performance.
Larger promo share payouts, campaign opportunities, travel opportunities, and leadership roles within the ambassador community.
Higher promo share percentages, additional apparel allowances, greater brand visibility, and event activation opportunities.

The Fine Print
Use the product genuinely, recommend it honestly, and represent the brand with integrity. Post approximately twice per month on Instagram or TikTok wearing Amp Up Sports clothing while training or using the product — label visible, AMP UP accounts tagged.
Participation does not constitute employment with AMP UP Sports. Ambassadors act as independent promotional partners.
The agreement remains active for 90 days from signing and automatically renews unless terminated by either party.
The Endorsed Athlete Ambassador Program is open to athletes 18 and older. Athlete participates as an independent promotional partner — not as an employee of Amp Up Sports. Athletes under 18 should apply to the AMP UP Junior Varsity Entrepreneur Program.
