Built for Track & Field Athletes

Chuck is not just a trainer, a massage therapist, or a physical therapist — he’s all three rolled into one. Every session is tailored to what your body actually needs, connecting what you do in the gym to how you move on the track.

Movement Pattern Analysis

Chuck watches how you move and identifies exactly which muscles aren’t firing, which are overcompensating, and where your mechanics are breaking down — before those issues become injuries or cost you hundredths of a second.

Muscular Imbalance Correction

Sprinters notoriously overdevelop some muscle groups and underuse others. Chuck identifies those imbalances and builds a targeted correction plan — critical for glute activation, hip stability, and anterior pelvic tilt issues that kill sprint mechanics.

Trigger Point & Massage Therapy

Deep tissue and trigger point work to release the tension, adhesions, and pain that accumulate during intense training blocks and competition seasons. Not just recovery — targeted tissue work that supports mechanical correction.

Pain Relief & Injury Prevention

If something hurts, Chuck finds out why — not just where. He addresses the root cause of pain and gives you tools to stop it from coming back, keeping you on the track and out of the training room.

Pre-Competition Activation

Chuck gives you specific activation work to wake up the right muscles before you compete. Getting the correct muscles firing on meet day is the difference between a PR and a flat race.

Take-Home Corrective Exercises

Every session ends with exercises you can do on your own — both to continue the correction work and to maintain the gains between visits. You leave with a plan, not just a feeling.

He Knows This Sport

Chuck served as Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for Men’s and Women’s Track & Field at Youngstown State University, and has worked with collegiate track athletes at multiple D1 programs. He understands the specific demands sprinting and jumping place on the body — and how to prepare for and recover from them.
