All participants must be current USA Powerlifting members by meet day. (Register online: https://www.usapowerlifting.com/member-tools/membership.php)
➡️You do not have to have a current USA Powerlifting membership to register for the meet, however you will be required to purchase one prior to the meet or you will not be allowed to compete.
⬅️ All memberships expire Dec 31 of year purchased (Memberships purchased Nov/Dec expire the following year-end.)
💥Raw divisions use non-supportive singlets and allow belts, wrist wraps, and knee sleeves. This is most common, especially for new lifters. All equipment used in Raw divisions must meet the specifications in the USA Powerlifting rulebook.
💥Raw with Wraps divisions use the same equipment as Raw, but also allow knee wraps. Knee wraps and knee sleeves may not be worn together. Knee wraps used must meet the specifications in the USA Powerlifting rulebook.
💥Equipped divisions use single ply squat suits, bench shirts, and deadlift suits and knee wraps. There is no MULTI-PLY category. All supportive equipment used must meet the specifications in the USA Powerlifting rulebook.
💥Minimum of 10% of participants will be drug tested by urinalysis. All participants must pre-register and submit payment by June 3, 2023. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED!
💥Sessions, flight assignments, and lot numbers will be assigned and accessible via liftingcast no later than 3 weeks before meet day.
💥Registered athletes will receive emails (to email used when registered for meet) regarding times for weigh-ins, equipment check, and session start times 3-4 weeks out.

Equipment Check/Sign-In: 6:30am Weigh-In: 7:00am – 8:30am
Lifting Begins: 9:00am
Session 2 (Subject to Change)
Equipment Check/Sign-In: 11:30am Weigh-In: 12:00pm – 1:30pm
Lifting Begins: 2:00pm (May be pushed back if need)
